How do I place an order?
Ordering from our online store is easy… Simply choose the items you wish to purchase
and add the items one by one to your shopping cart. You can change the number of
items at any time by adding or deleting… it’s that simple. You can view your selection
whenever you like, as your shopping cart is there for you every step of the way.
Then when you are ready to complete your order, just proceed to the checkout area.

What warranty is offered on equipment?
Scale Discount Warehouse offers a 12 month warranty on all equipment that has been
supplied as faulty "from the box". You will need to return the equipment back to
our base at your own cost, before the warranty will be processed. We will not offer
warranty on equipment that has been damaged due to incorrect use or deliberate misuse.

Is the Scale Discount Warehouse site secure?
Your credit card details are not collected by this site, and this site therefore
does not use 128 bit SSL security. Instead, the contents of your shopping cart are
transferred to Westpac's Web Advantage web site and it is the Web Advantage site
that will collect your credit card details. It is the Web Advantage web site that
uses industry leading 128 bit SSL security to protect your payment details. You
will notice this by the 'padlock' that appears in all browsers if the website is
secure. The URL (web address) in your browser will also begin with http
s://...
The item I received appears to be faulty. What do I do?
We are happy to replace faulty items. Please contact us to initiate a replacement.

Please note: you will also be responsible for any shipping fees when returning items,
and Scale Discount Warehouse does not take any responsibility for the arrival of
returns. Returns will be processed at the time they are received, and if a request
cannot be fulfilled, one of our customer service staff will contact you to discuss
alternative options.
I’m ordering from another country. Can I still place an order?
Yes you can. Purchases made by customers outside Australia will be exempt of tax
and the total price will be adjusted to reflect this. Simply ensure you indicate
that you are purchasing outside of Australia during the Check Out process. Please
note: all goods will be displayed in Australian Dollars and will be paid for in
Australian Dollars. Please be aware that your bank may charge you a conversion fee
and the exchange rate may fluctuate.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by cheque?
Sorry but this site only accepts credit cards – Visa and Mastercard. This is simply
because of the electronic nature of this site and the need for electronic funds
transfer.
How promptly will my order be fulfilled?
Orders are generally fulfilled within two working days. If your order can't be fulfilled
within this time, we are obliged to contact you (using the contact details you provide
to us during the ordering process) and advise you of the delay. Ofcourse, you are
welcome to contact us at any time to check the progress of your order.
How much will freight cost me?
Freight costs are calculated on the physical size of the equipment being purchased and its weight. We aim to make freight costs fair and reasonable.
